Terms and Conditions
Payment
Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment
Minimum Number Requirement
Tours will run when 4 persons have booked and payed onto the tour, if we don't have four booked on a full refund will be given.
Cancellations & Refunds
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number of passengers required is not reached. In such cases the Company’s liability to the Customer is the full return of monies paid for the tour.
Charges
For 1 day sightseeing tours a) Cancellation more than 72 hours before tour departure – no charge b) Cancellation less than 72 hours before tour departure entirely at our discretion (There is normally no refund unless ticket is resold) No refunds are offered if a passenger is late for a tour/cannot find the pick-up point.
Insurance
We recommend that passengers take out suitable travel, medical & cancellation insurance.
Alterations
The Company reserves the right to change the tour itinerary at any time, due to weather, traffic problems, availability of attractions or other extenuating circumstances.
Entrance Fees
Please note that entrance fees/costs to attractions, cruises etc. are not included in the tour price.
Vehicles
The Company reserves the right to change the type of motor vehicle used, if circumstances dictate this is necessary.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles
Behaviour
The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whose conduct or manner is likely to cause offence or upset to other passengers. In such cases full cancellation charges to passenger apply, and the Company shall have no further liability to that passenger.
Children
We are happy to carry children aged 5 years and over at the concessionary rate. We are unable to carry children under 5 years.
Departures
Please note our Aberdeen Inverurie & Huntly departure points are outside the tourist information office. We advise that passengers arrive at the departure point 15 minutes prior to departure.
